Shipping & Delivery

At Marche Royale Paris, we take great care in preparing and shipping every order.

Shipping Destinations

We deliver throughout mainland France and to many international destinations.

Shipping availability and applicable charges are displayed during checkout.

If your country is not available at checkout, please contact us to check whether delivery can be arranged.

Shipping Costs

Shipping is free within mainland France for all orders of €200 or more.

For orders below €200, shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout.

For international orders, shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. They are calculated according to the destination, the selected carrier, and the weight and size of the parcel.

The total shipping cost will always be displayed before the order is confirmed.

Order Preparation

Orders are carefully prepared from Monday to Friday, excluding French public holidays.

Once payment has been confirmed, a processing period may be required before the parcel is handed over to the carrier.

Orders placed during weekends or on French public holidays will be processed from the next working day.

Delivery Times

Delivery times may vary depending on the destination, the selected carrier, and any applicable customs procedures.

Estimated delivery times are as follows:

• Mainland France: generally 2 to 5 working days after dispatch;

• Europe: generally 3 to 8 working days after dispatch;

• International destinations: delivery times vary depending on the destination and customs procedures.

These estimates do not include order preparation time and are provided for guidance only.

Marche Royale Paris cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the carrier, customs authorities, exceptional weather conditions, or any other circumstances beyond our control.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number or tracking link, where available.

Please note that tracking information may take several hours to become available on the carrier’s website.

Customs Duties and Import Taxes

For deliveries outside the European Union, customs duties, import taxes, handling fees, or other local charges may be requested when the parcel arrives in the destination country.

Unless otherwise stated at checkout, these charges are not included in the price of the products or in the shipping fees charged by Marche Royale Paris.

They remain entirely the responsibility of the customer, who is considered the importer of the ordered products.

Marche Royale Paris has no control over these charges and cannot determine their amount in advance. We recommend contacting your local customs or tax authorities before placing an order.

If a parcel is refused because of unpaid customs duties or import taxes, any costs incurred for returning the parcel may be deducted from the amount refunded.

Delivery Address

The customer is responsible for ensuring that all delivery information provided when placing the order is complete and accurate.

Marche Royale Paris cannot be held responsible for any delay, failed delivery, or returned parcel resulting from:

• An incorrect or incomplete address;

• An error in the recipient’s name;

• The recipient’s absence;

• Failure to collect the parcel within the period specified by the carrier.

If a parcel is returned to Marche Royale Paris, additional shipping costs may be charged before the order can be dispatched again.

Receiving Your Parcel

When receiving your order, we recommend checking the external condition of the parcel before accepting it.

If the parcel appears damaged, opened, or tampered with, please provide the carrier with clear and detailed written reservations and contact Marche Royale Paris as soon as possible.

We may ask you to provide photographs of the parcel, the shipping label, and the affected products so that we can review your request.

Parcel Marked as Delivered

If the tracking information indicates that your parcel has been delivered but you have not received it, please check with members of your household, your neighbours, your building manager, or the collection point indicated by the carrier.

You may then contact us so that we can assist you with submitting a claim to the carrier.
